Delivery Policy

  • We currently only deliver goods to destinations within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Please contact us if you want to place an order for delivery to any other destination.

     

  • We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 5-7 working days but normally sooner.

Delivery Policy

 

  • Orders are usually dispatched either by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Our couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be available to sign for your goods between these hours. Please contact us if you wish to make arrangements for delivery outside these times.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Returns

Breakages or deficiencies should be notified to us within 48hours of delivery.

Please contact us by telephone on 01629 581189 or email returns@derbyshirelarder.co.uk to arrange for the items to be collected for inspection. The postage (max £15) will be refunded upon confirmation that the fault is ours.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach The Derbyshire Larder.
